I'm not real good at expressing pain. I'm rather 'notorious' for instead just going a rather unhealthy shade of white and (if I'm lucky) eventually just passing out (when I really hurt all the blood seems to find gravity away from my head for this 'benefit' to happen). Fortunately I'm at least good at plopping down on the floor/ground rather fast first so I've not done myself any damage with this, no passing out from a standing position, etc).
