That isn't the dress in the clip that originally was on the Rogers figure. I recall that Movieland figures often wore costumes donated by the actors or the studios. I used to go in the mid to late 70's. I could spend all day there, and sometimes did.

The wigs, costumes, and even wax heads were sometimes replaced on many of the figures throughout the years as the materials aged.

I purchased the Piccolino dress in 2005 along with other costumes from the same era...Very cool actually having a piece of movie history...

Me too. The Fred & Ginger wax figures are pretty realistic-ish looking.
