@gtboy5 i was about to write this same comment 'till i read yours... seriously, there are billions of other names and they choose that one? if they wanted it to have a meaning related to light or the "bringer of light" i bet my ass Lucifer is not the only name in the whole freaking world!

This is one of my favorite Disney moments ever! Whoever created Lucifer must have obviously owned a cat themselves.
I still use this expression to describe my cats' reaction to seeing birdies.
