  • A great coach and a great man. I think that the best moment was when he talked about Pierce and LaFrenz and how he wanted to win with them. Leaving KU was hard for the guy and it would have been less painful if he had won it for them before leaving. He loved that school but Carolina was home.

  • The connections between these 2 historic schools continues this weekend. AS a KU fan at times I loved Roy and other times I wanted to choke him,lol, but the fact is he is a good man and we are proud of what he accomplished here, we just wish he would have gotten KU that national title before he left.
