PS3 and 360. Expect there to be more DLC for PS3 since it was exclusive to it before, and Kojima loves Blu-Ray. Expect it to be lower quality and less game-play for the 360, unless they want to rip off PS3, because the Blu-Ray disc is better in all aspects then 360 discs. (I'm not sure if it's just a CD-ROM, or not. So I'm not saying that.)
