maybe i'm wrong but i kinds looks like demi is sad and miley is conforting her, i mean at the beggining miley puts her hand on demi's head and pulls het into the hug and they hug for a ling time so... well it's absolutley sweet anyways, miley and demi really are true best friends, you can see how much they care about each other here.. i love them a lot
