@DarkTeam0 That, sir, is from "To Be or Not to Be", directed by Ernst Lubitsch, made in 1942. The actor is Jack Benny, playing the role of Joseph Tura, and in that scene he's disguised as a nazi spy. The movie was actually pretty obscure and hard to find, and it's a pretty good movie, too.
