@maureen590 I had a neighbour that use to abuse his Pitbull for stupid reasons, making him very aggressive. One day it broke through my back yards fence, into my Rotties territory. And because I gave my dog soo much love and time, my Rottie made the Pitbull submit. So sometimes it works both ways. But bad owners deserve to be responsible. That Pitbull is my story was put down. I pleaded for them to spare it, but they said it was too aggressive for a life. The owner got away scott free.

i had a rottweiler / american staffordshire terrier (pitbull) cross , he was amazing in every way . super athletic , rotti color but pit body and head shape . looked like the Arnold Schwarzenegger of guard dogs lol . had several pits since then , but i still miss him everyday. he died of canine heart worm at 6 yrs old =( , a parasite that was not supposed to live this far north ... now my dogs are all inoculated against heartworm ...
