Thanks for checking out our video. We've been selling Rolex watches since 1997 online. We're a platinum seller on Ebay with 99% positive feedback and you can see from reviews from our customers as well as online that we've been doing this for awhile. We have no reason to replace mint parts on a Rolex with "used" parts - unless a customer requests it - i.e. they'd like to customize their dial/bezel/band. Anything after 2 years can also be recoated for a nominal fee.

What if they change the movement? replace mint parts of your watch with other used parts? especially that they're in the Watch Selling Business and not exclusively a DLC coating service. is a two year warranty enough? I leave the answer to Time & Gems
