I have the yellow/yellow watch. After 1 year of wearing this watch the strap cracked by the barrels. Will cost me $55.00 to replace the rubber strap. $25.00 postage $30.00 strap. If I replace it with a new one, Whats going to stop the new band from cracking like the 1st one? Not a good deal for This watch.

bellagio , My heart will contuine beating LOL , Invicta is what it is. Like all watches they either appeal to you or not. For the price and what you get movement wise there a great buy. Its not my only brand I wear but id say half of my stuff is invicta and I have never had to use there service but have heard hit or misses on it so I hope I never need it. 90 percent of my collection are automatics and besides having them tuned up every few years I dont need much . Enjoy your watches guys !

Invicta makes a good product , there claim to fame is making swiss watches that normal nonwatch geeks can afford. Some arent so awesome while others like the automatic sub aqua noma IIIs are awesome and I would put them agasint Breitling superavengers , if you like smaller normal dive watchs they make a excellent 43mm all swiss automatic and for around 250-300 ish you cant beat it. I have owned rolex subs and there basically the same thing. Minus 5000 $ for the name

I have bad news for you; Invicta watches are made in Hong Kong. I know that for a fact. Have no doubt about it, the Swiss tag if crap.

Too bad Invicta's servive is horrible! It will probably take SNBC a year to get a credit for that broken piece because they messed my watch up worse when I sent it in!!!! It is not 1/1000 that are defective, I am 1/1!!!!!

mistakes happen,especially when you sell thousands of watches per day. also ,the shippers are rough with our items,and shopnbc does have a great rturen policy

Good point. Any watch from any manufacture is prone to being damaged during shipping. Shippers are rough with packages. I do wish shopnbc would put some padding in between the watch box and the box it ships in though. It would help reduce the watch box from bouncing around. I have been happy with my watch shopping experience with shopnbc and plan to buy more watches in the future. Great selection, value pays and a good return policy. Can't go wrong with that.
