The prophet (who never gave any prophecy) used Jabr and his knowledge as a basis for Islam to give it a sense of credibility. "'What has your Lord sent down.' They answer, 'Tales from long ago.'" (Surah 16:22-25). It's a mix of biblical plagiarism and stolen Hebrew / Babylonian myths.

Notice that even the old testament/tanakh borrows from othersources. Genesis 14 for instance, abraham doesn't appear as a warrior-king anywhere else. Also hadith are not considered infallible but are judged based upon the information they contain and ibn Ishaq lived over 100 years after muhammad died so it could be questionable

@Msunbird02 ok so hadith are basically statements about muhammad's actions or teachings that were not recorded in the quran but instead were passed down in oral form until someone eventually wrote them down and traced the statement back to a companion of muhammad. Sunni and shia islam have completely different bodies of haddith with many similarities in some of the haddith. yes some muslims completely disregard hadith. The validity of specific hadith are still argued between islamic scholars.

Ishmael was also blessed as the bible clearly stated and he and his mother did not disobey God when they were sent into the desert and endured a great test. @Sh012222 That would be incorrect but either way how is that related to this video? You have communities of Jews living in palestine since the byzantine empire controlled the area. The Romans diasporized much of the Jewish population but they were allowed back into jerusalem by the byzantines. 350 years is probably about the amount of time that there has been an independent Israel between now and the herodeans but there have been Jews there since the babylonian exile with small interruptions.

@zia685 Historically the Jews have more rights over Israel than any other people. A reliable documented history about their ties there can be traced back to about 3700 years ago. Many towns are still in Israel (Jerusalem, Bethlehem etc) have had those Hebrew names ever since. Quaranic stories were plagiarized by Mohammed mostly about Moses and the Israelites. This confirms by you that Jews have been calling that part of the world their home for at least 2100 years before Islam was invented.

The prophet (who never gave any prophecy) used Jabr and his knowledge as a basis for Islam to give it a sense of credibility. "'What has your Lord sent down.' They answer, 'Tales from long ago.'" (Surah 16:22-25). It's a mix of biblical plagiarism and stolen Hebrew / Babylonian myths.

Notice that even the old testament/tanakh borrows from othersources. Genesis 14 for instance, abraham doesn't appear as a warrior-king anywhere else. Also hadith are not considered infallible but are judged based upon the information they contain and ibn Ishaq lived over 100 years after muhammad died so it could be questionable

@Msunbird02 ok so hadith are basically statements about muhammad's actions or teachings that were not recorded in the quran but instead were passed down in oral form until someone eventually wrote them down and traced the statement back to a companion of muhammad. Sunni and shia islam have completely different bodies of haddith with many similarities in some of the haddith. yes some muslims completely disregard hadith. The validity of specific hadith are still argued between islamic scholars.

It is just as violent and in some places more so. You'll find that most of the really screwed up stuff is in hadith anyway. I'm actually not a muslim. I'm Jewish. I'm also a US Army Officer and I took some classes on Islam to better understand the culture of Afghanistan and Iraq.
