They play out their characters more and it's fun to listen to them argue and role-play on their own while you plan ahead as a DM and then jump in to play along when things get fun. I run a very player driven world. Girls unintentionally give you clues on where to move the game, cuz they are into the story more than the dice.

@8halfnhalf8 I like complicated. So does Gygax. He would throw a fit everytime something would get simplified. But Fourth Edition feels too much like a video game. In fact, it feels more like a video game than DDO does. Plus, it is so different from other systems that it is impossible to convert characters from previous editions, while all other editions are close enough to make it rather easy. I made a notebook or house rules for Fourth Edition, but it was basically the 3.5 handbook.
@ElPayasoMalo Well I know for a fact it dosen't feel much like a video game than DDo because well...DDO is a game but other than that I guess I agree with you. Everywhere i look, 4E is seen as the simplified version. 4E works for me and my players because we are sort of new to Roleplaying...me not so much but to D&D I am. We play alot of video games and so I think 4E was the perfect transition edition for players like us, again, them more than me.
@8halfnhalf8 "Transition?" They isn't what they intended since the previous editions are no longer supported. Therefore, there is nothing to which to transist. But whatever works for you. It just doesn't feel like D&D anymore. I sat in on three different groups playing, and it seemed like they were playing Contra. But in the end, it matters if you have fun. Personally, I feel the game system itself is good, but calling it D&D is like Ferrari making a station wagon.

The larger public isn't going to watch a video like this and the gamers who would watch a video like this already know it. They'd be watching this so they can say "YES! THANK YOU! Cool video, well done. Most people who try to do docummentaries just don't manage to make a proper docummentary. This video is very proffesional and the sound quality is fine.

I can't help but ask this. How did you end up with a party of all girls? That seriously had to be coordinated over a relative course of time. The odds are slim that it just happened to work out that way.

@peteyrock1: It actually didn't need to be coordinated at all. As said in the video, they approached me asking me to DM for them... And that's that. We were all just friends before that - I just happened to be the only guy in this group of friends. That one's a slightly longer story.
