It's about herself and a boy who were in a relationship (sounds to me it started when they were pretty young) and they grew apart. @thelength1 - I am working on getting passed all the hurt..the end result was he met me and I made him happy..so he said- he earned my trust and he made a believer out of me but it was not to be - he finally told me he did it to hurt me..he never had anyone love him as I did..we shared so much..and he lost nothing..I lost myself -even accepted and engagement from a good friend but its off now- i could not hurt him as this person hurt me. @BobbieK1997 He luckily chose to go to rehab. He's sober, and because his house has been sold he's staying with us for now. But we just found out that he has to go to jail because he's driven under influence and stuff.. I'm afraid that it's gonna get him to start drinking again. I'm just not able to believe that he'll give up drinking forever. It's still really hard on us because we simply don't know if he'll get through this alive.. @sailxonxmusic Thats was a really good to chose. I guess now the only thing you can really do is pray to god that he will keep doing well. I think what happens is we lose track of what life really means to use and once we find that again things will get better but just remember sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. I read alot of those little stories on youtube about celebrities and on you of them it had a life qoute so hopefully these words of wisdom will help you!!!!!!!!!

@KaylaThrowerVEVO Thank you so much for your support. Luckily he's still alive but he's been on the edge a couple of times. We still don't know if he's ever going to stop drinking.. but if he doesn't he won't survive it. It's really hard having to think about your dad 24/7 and whether or not he's still alive. But we'll keep on hoping and that's all we can do..

This song reminds me of my 1st ex husband & myself. He was my 1st love, my grade school & highschool sweetheart. We married my Senior yr & had our 1st child 9 mths later, 2 children & 15 yrs later we found ourselves growing apart. When I found out & was diagnosed with Gastric Cancer I called 2 tell him & since he has remarried & she is jealous & won't allow us to remain friends I felt as tho I was saying my last goodbye to him...

this song is exactly how my relationship went with me boyfriend of ten months. on august 18, 2010 he shot himself. he was sixteen years six months and two days old. some people might think its sill for a fifteen year old to say they know what real love is. but i do. i loved that boy more than words could express. im broken into pieces. and this song brings back alot of memories for me.

I met someone he was special and made me believe that there was such a thing as love.Our only contact for 10+mos. was over the internet on I'M' I will avoid sharing to much here. As we struggled but he made me believe he was there and would always be there...A phone call was out of the question. I made so many exceptions..Often saying this isn't working for me. People need to learn to look a little deeper into the meanings behind the songs they are listening to. Just because she mentions her dad in the song doesn't mean it's about him. It's about herself and a boy who were in a relationship (sounds to me it started when they were pretty young) and they grew apart. He left and said he'd come back when he found himself, and he never did. She then phoned him and said she was okay and that she was done waiting, and she said he 'last goodbye'. /end of song.

This song is dedicated to my dad.. He's an alcoholic and tomorrow is his last chance to get in rehab and get better again. If he decides to walk away from it, he will die.. His house is sold so he'll have to live on the streets.. I pray with all my heart that he'll choose for the last help he can get so he can be my dad again :(

@thelength1 - I am working on getting passed all the hurt..the end result was he met me and I made him happy..so he said- he earned my trust and he made a believer out of me but it was not to be - he finally told me he did it to hurt me..he never had anyone love him as I did..we shared so much..and he lost nothing..I lost myself -even accepted and engagement from a good friend but its off now- i could not hurt him as this person hurt me. I am healing - take care

@BobbieK1997 He luckily chose to go to rehab. He's sober, and because his house has been sold he's staying with us for now. But we just found out that he has to go to jail because he's driven under influence and stuff.. I'm afraid that it's gonna get him to start drinking again. I'm just not able to believe that he'll give up drinking forever. It's still really hard on us because we simply don't know if he'll get through this alive.. Thanks so much for your response, it really means a lot to me.

@sailxonxmusic Thats was a really good to chose. I guess now the only thing you can really do is pray to god that he will keep doing well. I think what happens is we lose track of what life really means to use and once we find that again things will get better but just remember sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. I read alot of those little stories on youtube about celebrities and on you of them it had a life qoute so hopefully these words of wisdom will help you!!!!!!!!!

@KaylaThrowerVEVO Thank you so much for your support. Luckily he's still alive but he's been on the edge a couple of times. We still don't know if he's ever going to stop drinking.. but if he doesn't he won't survive it. It's really hard having to think about your dad 24/7 and whether or not he's still alive. But we'll keep on hoping and that's all we can do..
