I think it's safe to say that if Kai would ever show up at 100% conditioning, he could beat anyone, but it's too bad he blows his conditioning at every Olympia. I always like the mass with class type of bodybuilders. Jay is HUGE, massive bodybuilder but thats it. Phil has better lines, fuller muscle bellies that tie into a small waist. Phil destroys Jay on everything apart from width. Jay's structure and lines are just a complete trainwreck. Standing next to Phil he looked blocky, and his structure looks horrible. Happy that Phil Heath won and I hope we see more bodybuilder with the mass with class look.

@xanthromera Well Jay has had a lot of practice finishing 2nd, so many times to Ronnie and in 2008 to Dexter... so he knows the feeling of coming up short. But he did show a lot of class with the speech he gave.

Take away the hefty drug regiment, these guys would weigh 40lbs less. Lot's of people train hard and eat well, they have enough sense not to ingest a ton of crap for a trophy...usually, a $3 one. At least top level guys get paid well for ruining their health. Not the smartest group;)
