u can get the car when u reach tier 4, cause its when it is unlocked and it costs 1,100,000. its one of the best cars in tier 4 cause i won a lot of races with it, so u should get it when u unlock it. the only thing is u can't upgrade it anymore, but a car that equals it is the CCX.
