the video was edited obviously, he probably used a heal spell or a potion to regenerate that health, i know the health does return slowly. If you had a low amount of health when you entered a town and you spent a signifigant amount of time inside, you would probably leave and be at full health. i wouldnt depend on it saving your life in a fight though.
