Pete wrote this when he was a teenager living in a flat over "Pets Bazaar" in Liverpool.

It's very much a Pete song, he wrote it before he even met Carl, but this recording *IS* a Libertines recording, with Carl, John and due to the timing, probably Razzcocks.

Regardless, this is... *HIS* song, just like how France is a Carl song, despite it being recorded during The Libertines.

Due to his personna and lifestyle he is always seen as the frontman, either for The Libertines or Babyshambles. I know Carl was frustrated at that from time to time, but I suppose it's something you just have to accept. Even if Pete DIDN'T write any of the songs, he would be seen as the main man.
