@Dcgusto9 It all depends on the lifter I truly could not give you a number. I know some people that can pull more without the belt then with it on. I really don’t think it gives you very much on the deadlift. I know I can pretty much pull the same with or without a belt also you need to have a strong core to do so. Now for the squat that’s a different story, if you learn how to use it, it gives you something to push against at the bottom and helps you pop up with the squat.

Also gaining weight over the last month has messed with my deadlift form, used to be 217lbs I’m now 240+lbs so my other lifts are going great my deadlift fells feels a little awkward at the moment.
