It seems that Fascism is alive and well Thriving in California ! That a mere vote of a hair splitting majority can actually remove constitutionally protected civil rights from a whole class of people. It's a FIRST in our American history. It was a total revision NOT an amendment. Who is next ... No one over 50 will be allowed to vote OR no person of color will be allowed to own property? It's now possible in CA to override any state constitutional protection . what a bloody travesty !
