you can't scrub or erase blackheads. you can use 2% (or .5% if you're sensitive) salicylic acid to exfoliate it out (and prevent future blackheads) and you can also use pore strips (biore makes really good ones) to pull the blackheads out on a weekly basis.
I love the oil free acne washes from neutrogena they all smell really great. Their micro clear one has like this menthol stuff and makes your skin feel all tingly =]
menthol is so bad for your skin! i didn't know this before, but i did a lot of research and i found out that products that tingle on the skin mean they're irritating it, and irritated skin breaks out much worse. the other ingredient to avoid like the plague is alcohol--it dries you out so much! the reason they're bad for you is they dry out your skin cells, and having more dead skin cells increases the chance of getting a clogged pore, and therefore a zit.
no offense but after many years of going to esthetiticans and research, and going to the dermatologist I know a light tingle is not bad, it's stinging that means there is something wrong and that possibly you are allergic to the product.

I'm so glad I found your video! My sister has had a really problem with acne (she has a LOT of little bumps), and I think this would really help her. And it's CHEAP! :D I don't think that she cares that she gets breakouts, but because her skin looks and feels so rough, she gets a little self-conscious.

I just bought that Neutrogena pink grapefruit. My chin area has the worst acne breakouts and you know it has vitamin c and paired with the zinc thats really good..vitamin c and zinc are also good to help heal wounds. Thanks for sharing. I just tried that pink grapefruit wash, so we'll see..I've tried so many things. But I liked the fact it had vitamin c. Glad to see some positive results.

I watched your other video about Fish oil capsules. Did you continue taking the zinc tablets while you were taking the fish oil?
If so, did that work? Would you advise against it? etc..
