@DJDreamDiscos yes when i made this video i had a pair of T.I. skullcandys. real cheap. Pioneers are great for DJing i hear. I just wear the Dre beats for 'style' purposes i guess.

@dakeang82 probably 150-200 in a non-auditorium setting. if you're in a room where sound travels well these will do. I DJed an auditorum with approx 400 people and they sounded great!

@mrandytherockstar well i mean you could go with the behringer b215d. its got the 15" woofer rather then the 12". the bass may be a bit more rich for your purposes. 1 of these would do well for whatever you want as long as the room isn't enormous and there arn't a billion people there. You really won't find cheaper speakers then behringer without risking quality

Would these speakers be ideal for playing music in a fairly large area? I see these work well with the Numark Mixdeck as I have them too!

@TheChosenOne020 It depends, if its a rather large indoor area, where the sound can travel well... these will do just fine. It also depends on the amount of people you plan on hosting. Indoors they could easily fill a sound-bouncing auditorium. But outdoors the sound will travel maybe about 75-100 yards. And when you throw people into the mix, you may downgrade these statistics a bit. either way they're a great speaker system and will not let you down!

@WJReviews well it depends on what mixer you have. my mixdeck has an input for the male xlr. so i bought the female/male xlr. it all depends on the input for your mixer

@WJReviews I would definitely recommend these. they filled a fairly large room for me, with about 200 people in it. The sound traveled nicely throughout the entire room and i wasn't even pushing them very hard. Get the xlr to RCA. xlr's are proven to have better sound. hope this helps
