Don't buy this for a second! My boyfriend has worked there more than 2 years, and has received no fewer than 4 pay increases in that time, and was offered a promotion after only a year! They have a good 401-K, access to healthcare, and better wages than other similar stores in our area. They may not be perfect, but they're no Wal-Mart.
