Over the winter we are slow and its just me on the phones,. I got really sick for 3 weeks. Hospital the whole thing. I love people, whether they are happy with me or not. I just love people. I have been trying to get ahold of them for a replacement part that broke, and Ive called several times, and send multiple messages, and unless i get this simple part the chair is usless, is there anyone over there you know or someone you can talk to to please help me?? thanks!
@redneck500 I'm not in contact with the company. If you have tried the phone and email I would try their facebook and twitter accounts too. They both look active.

No I didn't. :( I couldn't afford to! LOL. It is an awesome chair. I highly recommend it.
