N9olan, I saw the Ads for Twilight and was unimpressed. It looks like a bad high school musical.  I do realize it is very popular however. I prefer vampires that are scary and not looking like they work at abercrombie & fitch.

Keep in mind Vampires are fictional creatures so writers can mix up the formula, theres no dogma set in stone. I'm not too keep on vampire films becuase Vampires

are such cliches. spo if someone has a new twist on the genre I applaude it.

I don't know what you mean by "sparkle"? Do you mean how movie vampires burst into flames in sunlight?

What I did like was how these vampires could change forum depending on their intended prey. Remember the bat like husks from the space ship? I liked Mathilda May all pretty much. It would be worth it all to get in her grasp. She reminds me of many of the women I have been with. Cold, devious killers sucking out all life of their victims!

I found it very interesting. I find it tragic this film offered so much and was appreciated so little. This movie also introduced fast zombies before they became popular. This added great shock value and excitement. Vampires greatest weapon has always been seduction. Mathilda May was very effective in her use of this weapon. She was the perfect vampire queen. This movie greatly impressed me.

This is a fun film, however, the special effects budget clearly ran out after the first half of the film. The second half is OK, but all the really good bits are early on in the film.

This movie is fantastic and always was. The critics slammed it because they could not handle all the nude scenes of Mathilda May. Vampires use seduction rather then brute force to trick their victims, that is just what Mathilda May dose by appearing in the nude. Her victims see her as a harmless tasty dish and not the world killing space vampire she is. Lifeforce is a of horror scifi masterpiece

But do you think this is an interesting take on the vampire legend showing that the three aliens in this movie visited Earth before to become the ancestors and origin of our vampire and succubus and zombie legends and myths? and isn't it nice to see the vampires aren't like you see in Dracula where they suck blood, burn in the sunlight and have fangs but rather suck out energy?

Edward Cullen isn't alone when he thought he was "different" than any vampire.
