Yep, it and It Takes A Nation.. are definitely revolutionary and original. Maybe I see them as a "Progressive Dead-End" because no one else can do or build off of Public Enemy. It's its own thing. Aceyalone might be more consciously working towards progressing hip-hop (well he was, not real impressive since that album, imo).
