@jeydo I know wat u mean ,but reword it properly, Mavericks were underated going in so of course they wud be the predicted loses. But , they shocked everyone and they actually had amazing players. When u think about it , Chicago and Celtics couldnt beat heat, and Mavericks slaughtered lakers, so i dont see how people can say they were underdogs.

Heat was best in the East, but Chicago didn't get picks it wanted, and Celtics haven't been the same since 2009. Even 'underdogs' can get to the finals as the Cavs proved in 07' (shut out, just like the Magic did in their 1st appearance). And they have to beat people in order to get there, so Lakers were just in their way, and Kobe didn't have anything to prove either.
Heat had too much ego going in & had EVERYTHING to prove since day 1, so it was really inevitable to lose.
