  • Thanks I like it a lot..

  • Pwede po bang peanut butter or nutella ung filling?

  • One of my favorites! Maraming salamat!

  • 0.17

  • can i used ordinary rice flour? Thank you po.

  • Pwede po ba cooking oil,or any oil, wala po kami ditong peanut oil, social naman....

  • Eto na ang ating GUCCI..

  • I am so glad I discovered your site. I fell in love with philippino food when I was a kid. My cousin married a philippino and he cooked for us all the time. Loved the food! Unfortunantely, after their divorce, I rarely have had philippino food again. So, now I can look up the recipes and make them. Thank you sooo much!!!

  • pwede ba bake instead fried? thanks.

  • lol i dnt usually eat the red bean paste so i'll try making it without the filling. xD

  • Pinoy version of cantonese "jeen dui". :D

  • There are several types of filling that can be used for Buchi. The most common is the sweetened red bean paste while the ube and condensed milk mixtures are also becoming popular. You may use any filling that you want as long as it suits your taste.

  • pwede chocolate ilagay hehe :d

  • can we just use any other kinds of oil??,,,ahmm...example like vegetable oil??

  • i made it it was great thnx kuya

  • Why starchy flavor

  • Paano gawing bilog talaga at bakit dumidikit sa kamay pag binilog

  • I think you can use canola or vegetable oil but not olive oil. Flavor wise, peanut oil will enhance the sesame seeds taste while using olive oil might just overpower the intended flavor of buchi. Technically also, peanut oil is ideal for frying.

  • can i use almond oil or any kind of oil?

  • Looks yummy...my favorite

  • Where do you find red bean paste in the Philippines??

  • I love this stuff, I just recently got back from my vacation in Cebu and the first time I had Buchi and I was hooked. I definitely will be making this stuff. Thank you bunch.

  • Hi! I did the steps you mentioned. Even visited your site to get the measurements so I could get the same result. Pero matigas siya... bakit kaya???

  • @chuckiesbride00 Maybe they got overcooked D:?

  • @chuckiesbride00 bka d flour ung nilagay mo baka white cement.lol

Please reply...

  • yum O ^_^

  • "Mochiko flour is flour made from mochi rice, sticky and glutinous rice that is popular in many Asian countries."

gamitin mo glutinous rice flour instead.

Im not sure if i can find it here in France, btw ill try to find at asian's store, for sure im gonna try this...

    thanks for sharing,

    anne

  • hi anne, pwede mong e sub ang monggo/balatong/mung beans.yan kasi ang usual na filling sa amin sa pangasinan.pakuluaan mo lang yung monggo with sugar hanggang mag paste ang consistency.hope it helps.pero usually meron namang available na red bean paste sa oriental store or sa latino store.
