People not paying attention causes accidents. As long as you aren't in triple digit speeds it's pretty easy to judge a cars speed if you are paying attention. It sounds to me like you want to be able to merge instantly into the passing lane doing 65 without doing anything but checking to make sure your rear bumper is clear of traffic. When you are driving that is all you should be doing. It's fucktards like you that cause accidents because you don't want to have to pay attention while driving.
