I have taken many different flights around Europe, Asia, America, then I think ANA is the best in service. I every time feel happy when I get off the plane, and prefer to take ANA again. If my wallet supports me well. :P

I just flew from Narita to Chicago on NH-0012. I flew a lot and with other airlines. ANA is the best among the airlines I flew with. The cabin crew is out-standing in both service and look (the f/a are so cute). Their food is great. Over all service raking is above 100%. I will fly ANA again when I travel to ASIA and I would recomment all my friends and family to fly with ANA. The best service for the money you pay. Out-standing airliner. 5*

Yes they do ! We are about 20 male cabin crew for about 13 000 female crew. Most of us are from the london base and we flew exclusively on the long haul. Domestic and short haul you wont see any.

All those who is working at the airport's apron, the hanger and the works(or factory) have to work with wearing the helmet(It's provided by law).

This regulations is provided for all those working at any kind of industries.

But, wheter it is the law-providing rule or not, I wear the helmet whenever I'm at the factory/plant/works. Because there are many narrow/tight places to walk or work - in other words, I hit my head many times.

One thing I can tell is that thy take their jobs seriously and any complain is a disaster. May be some stuff in this video is exaggerated, but I've seen their dedication in other areas. Something that "developed" countries still have to learn.

ANA is probably the best airliner that I have ever gone onto. It's got a relatively good economy class and amazing service. The flight attendants are courteous and the food in economy class is better than the "food" in other airliners. The staff are welcoming even though some can't speak English.

Just finished flying with them for a trip to and from Tokyo. Now I know how airlines are supposed to treat passengers, unlike certain other large American Star Alliance members, who shall remain UNnamed, as I do not want To harm thEir gooD name recklessly.

And yes, it did take work to pull that sentence off.

Even though I am Japanese and I have take ANA several times, it is not worse than JAL but they don't deserve a 5-star service. LOL

The cabin crews are ugly and very poor service in both economy and business. The seats in business are worse than the one on Air France. LOL

The best would be Emirates, Qatar, Singapore and Cathay.

Even Asiana has a better service.

I surely feel have better thing of ANA than JAL. There are few troubles, too, and the service in the domestic airline seems to be good, too.

Just flew Narita-LAX on ANA. I've never seen cabin crew smile so much throughout the flight, just as in this clip. Inflight entertainment selections could be more diverse, but food was delicious and well-presented. Last time I flew ANA was 6 years ago, so I'm happy to see that they're still great to fly with. Thanks for sharing this clip.

Thanks to your bringing up ANA's promotion contents. Actually I've watched it when I came back to japan from Paris, just I was about to leve from cabin this content has aired. It was my first time to use japan's airline on the rute of overseas, but I could compair services which served to passengers. In my evaluation, the ANA's cabin service goes ahead than any other airlines, it was pretty good. Of course all airlines have their own color and taste, but I felt pretty cozy in the ANA's service.

I am so impressed to see a pretty kind attendant playing with a toddler, while letting the pregnant mom having a restful sleep. I fly a lot. I have not seen any airlines but ANA would do something like that.

I will use ANA whenever possible. Hope to make another flight with ANA again soon!

ANA does have male flight attendants. It depends on the routing, e.g., from NRT to Heathrow. For the US routes to and fro USA and Japan, I believe they only use female flight attendants.
