@bugman I don't see B&D's version of this song being any less country than GS's version. That "odd 1" can out-sing anyone in the business. B&D along with guys like GS and Alan Jackson are becoming a lost bread in country music. Now days supposed country artists are coming out with songs that can double as pop songs. There sure isn't any B&D songs on pop radio. I just hope guys like B&D, GS, and AJ will sing a long time yet.

@bugman Boot Scooting Boogie is not the classic Country, if you refer to classic country as 80's Strait. Boot Scootin' Boogie was a 90's Honky Tonk song with a rock feel but a country sound.

B&D were one corner of the 90's country music sound; however to say they are what is wrong with country music today is wrong. To prove it, listen to any Lee Bryce song and compare it to "Cost of Living", Ronnie's newest single.
