theres obviously none in his biceps here but he admitted that he did use synthol in his biceps in later years and had a problem where some of it traveled to his heart and he almost died.

I like the lower body but not the upper. His triceps and forearms are clearly lagging, his bck isn't good enough at all and it looks like he used synthol in his biceps. He should go back to that fitshow he does where he trains people with low weight and partial reps. Didn't work too well here lol.
