A beautiful thing about the Searey is that the wing float is designed to "break away" if it is too heavily loaded without causing a water loop or other damage. Typically if you overload the float, the diagonal jury strut breaks at the plastic fitting leaving the float swinging by the front and rear attach points. It is an easy 15 minute fix. Happens to me about once a year. Looks like I probably hit the float pretty good at 19 seconds, but the strut didn't break.
