interesting, but why i have the feeling that a lot of what i see here opposes most of internal boxing principles: 1st holding/forcing breath??? 2nd arching the back. its of course only a video and you cant really judge whats going inside. also the movement of the had in connect. to the body is making me really dizzy. but interesting

This is pretty interesting I guess but must confess I don't get it. I saw someone else do original form an it looked completely different. It was in a Bagua qigong I clip I think.

Surely it is because you saw bad Xinyi. Xinyi is a pure internal system which you can only achieve through intense breathing techniques and energy circuits : fachings which mr Belotti seem to do perfectly well, as show by movements of his belly and thorax.

Real Xinyi is almost extinct now though it remains one of the most efficient martial arts ever along with real Taichi.

Too bad there isnt a demo of the combat applications in this video : as it is it can look weird at times...

@Shaktidej you got be kindding right his conection in the mid section is off very very command.For starters.And yes true Xinyi is very hard to find any more.,its a life time practise if he keeps going ten years from now he will look back and laugh.He is off to a great start.
