Wise video blog, and perfect ending. Sadly, advertisers do not want a boring lead in to a boring pageant. Skanking it up a bit, may help with advertising sales. As society becomes a bit less divided between the sexes,as compared to generations past, this pageant is losing relevance.
Though, a pole dance competition, might be worthy of inclusion...

These women use their appearance to market themselves to the masses. They are the perfect example of America. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing is up to you.
And if wearing lingerie in public is wrong, I don't want to be right.
Frankly, you are better looking then most of these contestants. You at least look real.

I think that many of these woman have been doing pageants since they were children, and consequently their lives have been somewhat restricted. So when they achieve success as adults, they party like there's no tomorrow, to make up for all the lost years.

hi the reason why is because in the old days seeing a lady in a swim suit was enough to attract literally billions of viewers and would cause massive outrage amongst the elders because a lady should not be seen wearing so little, let alone have the world hear their opinions!!! now we get to see all celebrity's private traingles even miley cyrus so like no1 pays advertising for these events so they have to make them massive ho-bags to get money. i think u should be miss usa!!!!1 who agree!!?!?!
