  • that bag aint movin it's like kicking a bouncer.. imagine him kicking a bouncer like that 20 times and he doesnt even move lol.

  • i can catch his foot and punch his nuts then mortal kombat uppercut him

  • pivoting on the ballot your foot is standard technique in Muay Thai, so is dropping the arm. Not in a position to talk about the physics of it all, but i train and it helps with speed/power, and because you turn your hips over, if you keep your foot planted you can tweak your knee if you don't pivot this way. Anyone who's trained Muay Thai will tell you the same, so you can argue the entire fighting system, but long and short of it is the guy does a good job demonstrating his kicks. Well done.

  • Its not fast

  • any coach would tell you not to pivot on your toes! controlling the left hand would be nice too.

  • @xJuniorLuytenx - traditional kick boxing or thai? Im fairly new to the sport but ive had a few trainers trying to get me to pivot more then i do....im finding it odd cause its doesnt help to much with trying to stay grounded, especially if you can get the same impact and speed without the pivot...

  • @mrsimonlane88 i'm sorry but pivot on toes is a ood technic, I don't know why it's not

  • dont feel the power..not fast enough..go and watch the video in the side bar ----->

  • @bitethis47 This drill isn't designed for power. Its a muscular endurance exercise...

  • @riflz yeah but the video on the side does it better..if u perfect it u can do it better without straining muscles.

  • @bitethis47 Do u mean the 55 kicks in 35secs one?

  • @riflz no its by a thai man..20 kicks in 10 sec i think..im nt sure.

  • il faut pas êtres sur la pointe des pieds ;)

  • It's ballet - not muay thai

  • actually i can kick 30 times in 20 seconds

  • @buntikinglee u should be able to do at least 40 in 20 seconds....that's a standard..

  • @muaythai4ko I am sub standard.....I am finding out from a lot of expert youtube/muay thai masters that I suck.

  • @ratty303 come to our gym sometimes...

  • @muaythai4ko lets see the video of you doing 40 in 20 seconds

  • slow

  • great guard..

  • @mrtumnum he was guarding, hate much?

  • I would suggest that you simplify your left arm movement by moving your left hand straight up by your ear and then down. You'll get better balance, more protection, and more speed.

  • overall, good technique....

awesome rotation on your toes, helpig putting in the hip

good form w/ the leg (connecting via shin)

yea, i only have good things to say about this vid

  • wouldnt the left leg be easily kicked out?

  • @RollingSoldiers In muay thai you have to either check the kick or get out of the way, it usually doesn't take many full contact kicks to end a fight. So you wouldn't really have much of an opportunity to kick out the other leg anyway

  • that is slow not fast the title is wrong but he kicks are proper

  • i like the part were he kicks the bag

  • @Pathryk666 can you try again? This time with real sentences.

  • @Pathryk666 interesting idea......except have you ever seen a single person ever in the history of combat sports throw 30 kicks in a row during a competition? Probably not.....it's a drill.... I am not too worried about someone running out from behind the bag and throwing a sweet ashi barai at me... whatever that is

  • @ratty303 Oh cmon man. You dont know what a ashi barai is? lol. I read that 5 times....still have no clue what it is.

  • @ratty303 they do it so when you throw a hard kick and they get knocked over you can hit them another time fast

  • @ratty303 lol ashi barai is a sweep.

  • @Pathryk666 idiot, your supposed to stand on your toes

  • @YourNameHere136

Ur not supposed to stand on your toes.

  • @DaJers1994 yeah you are.

  • @YourNameHere136

Weird, I think it is than like this with Muay Thai but even with that I don't see many Thaiboxers doing this unless they aren't flexible enough to kick high :P

  • @DaJers1994 your supposed to stand on the balls of your feet in mauy thai

  • @DaJers1994 no, you should!

  • @Pathryk666 haha, lose by a ashi barai kick. what a logic...

maybe he can bounce a little bit on the standing leg and swing his left arm a bit better,

BUT this kicks are really really good, nearly like a thai. respect

tiptoe? of course on tiptoe. it's a muay thai kick. look at the thais, not on our heavyweights...

  • @Pathryk666 lol

  • @Pathryk666 We got another pro fighter who teaches everyone.

  • @Pathryk666 I dont want to be mean or anything but people like you take training too seriously and hit the bag like its actually someone, and bags dont hit back.

Like Ratty303 was saying, you dont see boxers attacking in the ring with speed bag techniques do you?? this is a drill lol...

Noob trolls that claim expertise I tell ya....

  • good luck hurting anyone with that

  • @JohnF30Music show us a video of you taking one of those kicks and tell us afterwards if it hurt or not.

or just shut the fuck up.

  • What's the kick called?

  • @fasy16 rear roundhouse.

  • great coordination and balance man

  • Yeah, just saying that the power is not very important until you have good technique

  • Muaythai2000 - When doing this drill its not a matter of power, only speed and technique

  • @cenerozzzz the technique was still off he was hitting really really low on his shin almost at the foot

  • @tylerblogger your supposed to kick with the bottom half of your shin and block with the top half.

  • @TimisaWhiteMan You're still not supposed to hit that low.

  • @tylerblogger lol it was fine he just twists his leg in a bit more than others and thats fine aswell, some fighter kick with the inside of their shin some from the back.

  • loosen up that left arm...but other wise very nice kicks

  • They would have had no power..

  • I need help on my balance wat can I do

  • Whats helping me is core exercises and lunges

  • nice kicks man.. good job keepin your weight on your lead foot
