I have a Supermicro 8 Core XEON workstation with 12GB Ram. It's a good machine but I also use an older Toshiba Notebook with 2GB Ram. Blender runs equally as well on the Notebook the big difference is in the render times when rendering out your animations. The more processors you have, the faster Blender renders.
@vangaanspaul that's right. it would take forever with my computer to render something like that. just take time and a good machine. GREAT job by the way! :)
This is truly inspiring since you retired Maya and switched to Blender. Because I was thinking of learning Maya since it is one of the standards, but now I'll stick with Blender and leatn as much as I can.
Other than the 2 skull scenes which just feel out of place and not of the same quality, this is very nicely done. Best wishes in all your future work.
@azmilarash96 ... Yes wings all totally Blender including Blender internal render. I actually tracked the wings to the girls torso by hand and then animated them. Looking forward to the new tracker being developed for Blender ;)
what kind of computer did you use?.... i don't know if mine is up to the challenge...
