I have been a strict vegetarian for 25 years. Your statement is ridiculous. My wife has never eaten meat ever, nor have my children. You should read about it. you are not correct. Not even close. And anyway, why is she doing an interview with this in the background? It is weird and disgusting to many people. Gee I will bet you went to the Supermarket where all the vegetables are available to make complete proteins and it took you a nominal time. If you were truly a creature from nature you would take 14 to 16 hours to gather that type of complete proteins. (Serious if you do not know what I mean by a complete protein get a dietitian stat before your kids pay the price for lack of development.) Now 95% of meats/dairy/fish have all essential amino acids,

Gee I never liked the taste of Turkey anyway..Veggie burgers are good..
