What comes to mind here, is that foundation x is probably based out of India. There are a few billionaires there who beleive it or not are just looking for ways to avoid taxation. No illuminati in my opinion. Just business men who need to play the system. Giving the UK government an interest free loan is cheaper than paying 30% tax in own country where you run the risk of your own money being used against you by corrupt govt officials. The fed is constituted of multibillionaires from several countries. Such people are very chummy one with another. I think I figured out who foundation x is.. or at least I narrowed it down to a company name and it wasn't the bilderberg group (although perhaps bilderberg members hold shares in the corporation)
