I'll agree some do sound similar, but pitches and stuff are totally different. @geraedsj2014 2003, on waking the fallen i think, and just another star was on the Hand of Blood EP which was released in 2005, so it's possible, but also if you look at Killswitch Engage's 'Rose of Sharyn' one of the riffs starts almost exactly the same but with a key change and a different ending, but that's music, riffs get recycled, dusted off and changed, but so what? No one owns riffs, you can't own sound, and btw BFMV, KSE, and A7X are all amazing anyway so it doesen't really matter!
