You need to get all the gems o something. IDK i haven't played it in a long time

You need to gather all 4 runes in the 4 episodes b4 you get back to the start room and the floor will be open.

I cant get to this boss, i have completed all the episodes. right after i finished e4m7 azure agony i dropped to start where you select episode, but i cant see way to Shub-Niggurath's Pit
