hmph. i guess i read this scene differently than a lot of you. a lot of the older gansters were taking stringer bell's route and looking for ways to make legit money and step away from the street game. they seemed soft to me. marlo wasn't especially powerful if you think about it, it's not like the others didn't have muscle. he was just more serious about consolidating power, staying focused and stepping to fiercely if it was needed.
