I miss Kenya so much. I have traveled quite extensively, but Kenya is the country that most sticks in my heart. My trip to the Masai Mara, especially, will stay in my heart forever.
Masai Mara is a really cool place to be. I was lucky enough to travel to three different places in Kenya over the period of two weeks. It was an extremely cool experience. I even got to see a family of cheetahs stalk and kill a zebra. Also, I got to hang out with some native tribes there.
hi,my name is john,im 16,have brown hair and no eyes.if you dont repost this to at least 5 videos,i will appear beside your bed at 9:00 P.M and kill you
OK since you've started reading this its too late to stop. in 2001 a 15 year old girl was killed in a clearing in scotland. nobody knows who or what killed her but there is scratch marks all over her body and she looks horrific. she is said to roam around the world and can go 2 places at once. if you dont post this comment on 5 other videos or websites in ten minutes she will suddenly attack you and kill you in some gruesome way. this is scary coz it happened to my friend. please
Hyenas are not scavengers! They are powerful matriarcal hunters! Watch some Animal Planet and you'll know that lions steal the preys from hyenas once the prey has already been slaughtered.
Kenya's awesome. Whether its our sunny beaches, diversity in wildlife boasting of four of the big 5, thank u very much, or the fact that all four corners of the country have something to look forward to. Be it the 'Turkana boy' and, recently, dinosaur bones uncovered in Turkana or the eighth wonder- the migration at the Mara or the sun n surf brilliance called Mombasa. Hakuna Matata.
Been there, seen that, done that! But it was almost ten years ago, so I want to go back soon! It's a pretty great holiday, and you can go down to Mombasa for a more normal beach holiday too if you like. Kenya is great.:)
Do the cheetahs and lions come that close to the vehicles because they're so used to humans, or are they always that chill? Scary! Which makes me want to do it.
The cheetahs of Masai Mara are not terrified of people and they can be frequently seen sunning themselves on the hood or roof of a vehicle. Cheetahs are terrified of lions!
Cheetahs and lions do not see vehicles as a threat and will allow you to drive up close to them in the Mara. However, if you were to get out of your vehicle it would be another story...
yipppy.....i migrating to kenya in 2 weeks....!

Visited the Fig Tree Camp in 2001 and had a great time. I would have crapped my pants if ANY animal had jumped up on our vehicle!
