You pressed the slide lock into the disassembly notch. Pull the slide back farther and press the slide lock up into the slide's forward notch. Then simply press down on the slide lock to release the slide. That is the way it should work if it properly simulates a real 1911. Nice review.
Like all companies, unicorn hobby co found a way to save money. The 100 pellets are totally crap. They are extremely low quality, and will ruin either the hop-up or the whole gun.
QUESTION: This gun looks really awesome but i have boughten several spring pistols and they all break and i have boughten an all metal sub machine gun for 100 dollars and that broke. What do you think is the life expectancy for this gun? I'm about to buy three of em and just never buy airsoft shit again if they all break
@devdude75 Depends what you do with the gun. It will survive 1- 4ft drops and still function but not constant dropping like 4-5 times. If you have airsoft wars it will survive drops on the dirt, gravel, sand, but be careful on concrete and asphalt because the silver paint might scratch up to much.

The ring at the bottom of the grip is the lanyard eye for hooking to your belt so you can carry it.
