no....Tavaris is a proven loser, he just doesn't have it. If he did, the Vikings would have had a chance last year. He can have all the time in the world, and he'll still be a loser. It was written all over him from day 1...sucks for Peterson to have to carry the load without any real QB production, maybe things will work out and Favre will end up there. If that was to happen, they'd be in the Super Bowl that year my friends. You can take Jackson and stick him where the sun don't shine.

Tavaris Jackson is a piss poor QB. He's the reason Adrian didn't get the kind of yards he should have gotten. He has no passing ability, and without it, it's pretty hard to run. If they can get a real QB, AD will do his part and the Vikings will be a real contender. As long as Jackson is the QB, they're not going anywhere. Peterson and the defense can't do it all. He has the line, but he needs a QB.

Gosh, give Jackson a break. Incase you haven't noticed, he still has a winning record and he hasn't even played a full (16 games) season yet.

You can't just judge a QB because you want an immidiate impact. Favre wasn't like that, Manning wasn't like that, not even Brady was like that.
