Mosins are awsome rifles. I hunt with a 91/30and keep a M-38 in my truck. They are reliable, pretty accurate, spare parts are everywhere and dirt cheap, and ammo prices aren't that bad either.
You can also say the first victory was Holland, because there Hitler's plains were defeated so operation sealion couldn't be launced. Each man could have made the difference so there isn't really one turning point

Granted much of the INDUSTRIAL land was in Axis hands. The Germans never planned to take all of the USSR, google the A-A line.

@strongman325 actually the majority of the soviet union is russian ground and most men in the red army were russian so there is not a "BIG DIFFERENCE" although i know men from other SSR's fought on the eastern front. and my point was that the ussr didn't invade germany because hitler sent them a letter that was a declaration of war but because they were invaded and counter attacked.

Yes Russia today, constituted the majority of the USSR, however there were still many countries(that are countries today) that were part of the USSR. Millions of ethnic Ukrainians were also slaughtered by the Germans so it's important to know that the "Russians" weren't the only ones who fought and died bravely.

So then when Germany took France, and when America arrived on D-Day, Nazi prissoners would be begging mercy in perfect spoken English, but most of the time the Americans will go off with them, thinking they were spies. Mosins are awsome rifles. I hunt with a 91/30and keep a M-38 in my truck. They are reliable, pretty accurate, spare parts are everywhere and dirt cheap, and ammo prices aren't that bad either.
