Celine has sung playback as well, or did you forget that? The little incident at WMA when she was "singing" Taking Chances. Don't get me wrong I like her, but just pointing out that MC doesn't always sing playback all the time. And Celine sings playback also!!!

That's right! For the first time, we're on the same wavelength.... Anyway, I like Celine better, even though Mariah is one of the best singer ever. To me, the main difference between those two great divas would be that Celine hasn't show yet what she can really do with her voice. We all know the vocal range of Mariah, that's been her "trademark" since like forever. But time goes by, and Celine hits high notes she hasn't hit before.

apparently she did it once on live on a french TV show, which was just for her, and the guy asked her: do you know how to make the whistle voice? and she was like whistling just for a bit, telling the guy: is that it? but I can't find this show on the net...

No deary, she will hit a high falsetto NOT a whistle. If she could hit as a high as a whistle believe me it would be everywhere and she would use it everywhere. It's only really harmful if your untrained and you can't do it properly which Mariah can! NOT Celine-Horse-Dion!

She CANNOT do whistle register, her voice is PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE! Jeeeesus Christ if you love Celine that much you should know! Her octaves don't go high! Unlike Mimi who can basically cover every note.
So do NOT call me immature since SHE is the one, going round saying she is better and making out she can do something when CLEARLY she can't.
