How does the "choir" keep singing when he plays piano? He's singing through a vocorder, but that's going through the synth, not the piano. Maybe the whole song's performed with pre-recorded backgrounds?

i was at the la concert and it wasnt pre recorded for sure. he showed us by talking into it. the mic is hooked onto a computer-generator that breaks his voice in 4 parts.

I know, he sings into a vocorder, and the syllables come out of the synth as notes. Half way through the song, he stops playing the synth and starts playing piano, but the "choir" continues.
