ya see, i have a real FAL. it is bad ass. very enjoyable to shoot. but the only problem is, my friends dont get back up after i shoot them with it. airsoft is a sport that i enjoy for the simple reason that i can play with my buddies. i would rather use some .308 simmunition and some serious pads for that kind of stuff, but its a lot cheaper to just use airsoft.

@DrftrPny thats an fn fnc then. if it has actual 3 round burst then its an old star/ares one. if it doesn't then it is the new G&G. if its the star/ares then good luck working on it it'll be a challenge but if its the G&G then it should be a version 2 or 3 gearbox.

@x031it30x it imitates real guns the gas is released from the magazine (in airsoft guns but sometimes the gun is charged with gas from the stock or other parts) in real life the gas is released from the bullets fired anyway the gas forces the bolt to move backwards or cycle at rotating bolts causing the recoil force (the "kick") and the spring forces the bolt to move forward and automatically chambers a new bullet
