Hell yes! I asked myself the same question before I started it about two weeks ago, and 401 episodes later, I can tell you: HELL YES. The quality never deteriorates; Oda-sensei is a total nut and a mad genius and a master storyteller; there are probably less than 25 episodes in the entire animated series so far, and some of them are REALLY GOOD; there are plot progression, character development, growth. Also: an island with DINOSAURS AND GIANTS! I'd given up on Naruto, but never One Piece.
