Thanks for your interesting comment. I think it took about two months before the white stuff was gone from the stool. I suspect it took a lot longer before it was gone from the gut.
Thumbs up. I take a ton of supplements and I asked about supp fillers but nobody has an answer. I'm going to discontinue supplements for 2 weeks and report my results (my stool too lol). How long did it take for you to rid the white stuff from your gut?
Perhaps magnesium stearate is used the way fluoride is used on the masses, as a way to control sicken or cull the herd. Fluoridated drinking water was used during WWII to make prisoners obedient easily controlled. Magnesium stearate could be yet another ingredient added to food/vaccines/water/air that causes long term problems that keep people sick and spending money on more supplements, pharmaceuticals, surgeries, insurance, doctors, cancer cures etc.
There are different forms of magnesium stearate. One that comes from animal fat and one that comes from a vegetable source. You should take these pills every 2 to 3 days. The brands like Jarrow formulas say (vegetable source) If you drink plenty of water, tea, vegitable and fruit juices..etc. You will not have built up of this substance in your body.
thanks for that reply. It used to be possible to find pills without these machine lubricants, so I guess it is possible to create pills without them. Maybe the alternative you suggest is less harmful. Perhaps the best approach is to eliminate pills altogether.
This message is for everybody who is knocking you down, if you search the internet about the effects of Magnesium stearate. You will find alot of information saying that it is very hard on your liver, very toxic they say not to disgest it. After checking my Vitamins I found alot of them having it, I did looked into it further.. I found that they are even putting it in food products, it's time for all of us to learn about the food we eat before we put it into our bodies.
your buying in Dr mercola's bullshit. Magnesium Stearate is always listed LAST on ingredients, which means it is in the smallest amount and to eat one gram of magnesium streate you would need to eat hundreds of pills everyday... you cannot make pills without a lubricant, he wants to sell his products so he tells you this bullshit!
and a stomatch is not porous! lol
Its like saying sodium chloride is made from chlorine, which is a war gas so table salt is extremely toxic.
be aware that "contaminants" such as lubricants are not considered food product and are not required to be listed on the ingredients. Contamination by other foods i.e., peanuts or soy, which are common warnings on labels, are required because these are food items. Don't believe everything you read or don't read.
I take quite a bit of supplements and was amazed that most have this in it.

Interesting information. A company by the name of RIBUS makes an alternative to Mg Stearate. It is natural or organic and made from rice bran.
